Brown's Automotive Experts was simply awesome. My Dodge Challenger was acting up and in the moment was my family's only form of transportation. Darell answered the phone and tried to get me taken care of right away. Never have I been to any establishment that was so transparent and honest with me. Everyone at the counter was very friendly and I was given a very detailed report on my vehicle. On pick up was billed the exact amout I was told on drop off and was not given any normal headaches other places try to pull. My vehicle was having a very unique issue that made things difficult to pinpoint. Everything is working fine now however the staff at Brown's Automotive Experts told me they will research the issue more and contact me if they find anything. My vehicle is out of their care but I left feeling like I'm still receiving service. Any further issues I will have in the future from now on I will be going to Brown's Automotive Experts.

Top notch team at Browns. I broke down on highway called Browns they got me in right away. Their diagnosis of my engine problem was correct and the repair worked great. I made it back to Maine without a single issue. 5 stars for service .

Very fair pricess and great team to help with your vehicle problems. We had our Camshaft Timing Actuator replaced there. Our car is running great and no issues plus under warranty for 3 yrs. What would have cost us Over $1,300 at Firestone nearly half of that was labor fee!!! At Brown's they did it all for a Great Price including labor fee, tax, and military discount. Thank you guys!
