Cliff dedicated over 15 years to working alongside Don, beginning his journey in the automotive field while still in school and steadily advancing to the role of manager and lead technician. His commitment and expertise were instrumental in the success of the business, earning him high respect within the automotive community.

Cliff was not only a respected professional but also a devoted husband and father. His presence and contributions were deeply valued by all who had the privilege of working with him. The Brown's Automotive Experts team joins in mourning the loss of a cherished colleague and friend, whose legacy of dedication and excellence will be remembered and missed by everyone.

Jeremy is an ASE Master Certified technician and BMW Member Certified specialist, bringing unparalleled expertise in European vehicle repair to Brown's Automotive Experts in Albuquerque and Los Ranchos. As our go-to European Specialist, Jeremy excels in BMW repair and service, Volkswagen and Audi repair and service, and Mercedes repair and service. His deep knowledge extends to all European vehicles, making him a trusted expert in the Albuquerque and Los Ranchos automotive communities.

Jeremy takes tremendous pride in his work and has consistently proven his ability to solve even the most challenging automotive problems. Beyond his technical skills, he has embraced a leadership role within our company, playing a key part in training and developing our team of technicians. His commitment to helping his teammates succeed, and his willingness to share credit, underscores his dedication to the growth and success of our entire organization.

A passionate car enthusiast, Jeremy is an active member of the Subaru NM Car Club and is often found supporting the community at various events they sponsor. During his time off, he enjoys hiking, riding his motorcycle, and soaking in the great New Mexico weather.

We are excited and fortunate to have Jeremy on our team, where his expertise and leadership continue to elevate the level of service we provide.

John recently graduated from the automotive program at CNM, where he demonstrated exceptional talent and a strong work ethic. As part of his program, John completed an apprenticeship shadow week with us at Brown's Automotive Experts in Albuquerque. Recognizing his potential, we offered him a full-time position within our team.

Under the guidance and leadership of our senior technicians, John is gaining valuable experience and knowledge in key areas such as timing belt replacements, brake repairs, air conditioning service, and engine diagnostics. His dedication to mastering these essential automotive repair skills is quickly making him a standout talent in the Albuquerque automotive community.

John is well on his way to becoming one of the best automotive technicians in Albuquerque, and we are excited to support his journey as he continues to grow in his career.

Michael has spent much of his life dedicated to auto repair in Albuquerque, beginning his journey even before earning his driver's license. With extensive experience in car and truck repair, customer service, and technical training—both locally and out of state—Michael is passionate about ensuring customers receive honest, transparent, and high-quality vehicle repairs.
