The employees at this shop are very knowledgeable and friendly. They checked my tire pressure and discovered a nail and quickly repaired the tire.

Definitely feel overcharged front brake job. Have a 20 yr old truck that would be $400.00 less than a 20 yr car. Asked why and was told our 20 yr car considered a luxury car and when asked more questions regarding repair(s), her reply was nobodys twisting your arm. Was also informed needed struts and was quoted a high amount. Weve done business before with Browns and have been happy with work and price. This time not at all. Unfortunately, it appears we may have to look for another shop or private mechanic.

I’m eternally grateful to Vincent and John. I was on my way to drop my kid off at daycare when the tire warning came on and I watched the PSI start dropping fast. My car doesn’t have a spare, and I didn’t want to tow it, so I looked for a shop nearby and ended up at Brown’s. Even though they were very busy, Vincent got me in the schedule right away, and John ended up taking care of me. He checked the tire and the car, fixed the tire, and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. They 100% saved my day. Professional, understanding, and kind. Highly recommended.

we originally took our vehicle to jeep. they kept our car for 3 weeks without any update nor did anyone even start service despite having an appointment. I called browns and they had our vehicle in, diagnosed, and done in 2 days.
