Isaac was fantastic! My car was having some issues so I brought it in and after a test drive, he told me that I did not need to get any servicing. This was huge! I had went to multiple repair shops in the area before and they told me they couldn’t see for a few days and here at Brown’s automotive experts they got me in right away diagnosed the problem and told me that I didn’t even need to get it repaired. Isaac had great energy and reflected Brown’s automotive incredibly well. Really grateful to have met Isaac! If you need a place to go, go here without hesitation!

Good service from the front office, could do better being honest about repair times and be proactive updating the customer on changes. Bit pricey and the results from the 70pt inspection seem predatory and pushing hard to upsell on extra service.

This was my first experience with Brown’s Automotive. I got oil change, brake fluid change and new brake disks and pads. Overall my experience was positive. Vincent was very nice and helpful. I loved how they report every detail with photos.
