I came to Brown’s to get my brake fluid replaced and to get some idea of what other services might cost because I had been serviced at Toyota and they wanted a lot of money for those services. Brown’s easily cut Toyota‘s prices in half for the work I wanted done. And they did a complete inspection of my truck with pictures of everything. They were incredibly thorough, honest and clear in their communication and they have a customer for life.

Staff were incredible! Super kind, informative and communicative. I had broken down while on the road cross country and they had my van up and running again very quickly, all while providing constant updates, transparency and reassurance that really helped to put my mind at ease in the situation. Shout out Anna for making things go so smoothly and easily! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Great fast service. Went in for a diagnostic on a recent car purchase. They were extremely thorough. Ill be using them again for sure.

I asked for the AAA 40-point inspection on my 2006 Subaru Forester. I got a thorough report, with photos, and estimates for the several things it needs if I keep it. No pressure at all to sell the services. Darrell was super helpful and took lots of time explaining things. He also offered a pre-purchase inspection service if I look for a used car. Very happy with my visit!
