This was my first experience with Brown’s Automotive. I got oil change, brake fluid change and new brake disks and pads. Overall my experience was positive. Vincent was very nice and helpful. I loved how they report every detail with photos.

I cannot recommend Browns enough! The level of service I got was amazing. I was kept up to date about my car through the repairs. Anna and Jerri were great to work with. Maybe I’m just out of date but in my experience it’s not common to go to a shop and see two women working, definitely made me feel more comfortable. I loved it! Browns offered an inspection unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. It really helped me make a decision I felt comfortable with. Very honest. I really felt like Brown’s cared about me. I will always go back to Browns. Thank you Browns!

They were great! I loved their customer service and they were very professional. I’m happy with how my truck turned out. They fixed my wheel, rotated my tires, and changed my oil. I will definitely go there again.

Vincent and Lorraine were very helpful and most importantly, friendly. For me, the human interaction is the most important part of an auto shop experience. I went to 4 places before Brown’s and left because the front-of-house person looked at me like I was an inconvenience. Now Brown’s will get all my business.
