I've been going to this location for nearly 25 years. It started as Don's and now it's Brown's. I will continue to patronize this business because I trust them. I really appreciate the thorough diagnostic and the three year warranty. The folks are very helpful--and honest. They always let me know up front how much it's going be, what needs to be fixed, and I trust them to do a good job. When I drove off the lot, it felt like I was driving a new car, she was so peppy and happy! Thank you, Browns!

I took my Plumbing truck, Ford transit box truck to get a new transmission. They gave me a week and a half estimate for to be done. Unfortunately, the refurbished transmission they got did not work. They started a warranty process to fix the issue. This process took two months. Needless to say I was not very happy. This was my work truck. It was extremely difficult to Run a plumbing company without my Box truck. I went to go talk to them to let them know the inconvenience I was experiencing. I wasnt super happy that the transmission that I was getting was already had a warranty. One of the owners was there, asked me a few questions and said that he would look into it within a few hours. He told me he found a Ford transit transmission that they would overnight and get it in my truck. That was a Monday by Friday. I had taken possession of my truck. Im giving these guys a five star review because things did not go perfect. I was probably not the best customer. However, the customer service they gave me, the work that they did shows integrity. I know that they busted their butt to get my work truck back to me as fast as they could. Theres a lot of details that are missing but a company like Brown automotive that takes care of their customer, even through adversity and kept working for me even though things werent going smoothly. I can only imagine the hours that the text put in to get my transmission in and my truck up and running as fast as they did once we got the right transmission. Highly recommend them its easy to love a company when everything goes right. You find out their character when things go bad and they have character.
