Had a 10;00 appointment for my truck today, 1/21/25. Arrived on time and was told it would take about 2-2 1/2 hours for completion. I returned just before 1pm only to learn nothing had been done with my vehicle. Retrieved my keys and left. What's the purpose of an appointment?
