Brown's Auto motive experts offered some free services to check our air conditioner and to check out our car and the place is very clean. The workers wear uniforms and everybody seems friendly and knowledgeable.

Previously, they saved me over $2400 because I had a Toyota warranty and the steering rack needed to be replaced. So they said go have Toyota replace it, and Toyota did! Friendly ,reasonable ,professional, trustworthy.

They were very professional and courteous. I pretty much knew what the problem was when I took it in for a diagnosis to make sure. After they inspected the vehicle they called me and let me know that that was the problem which ended up being a passenger side drive axle. They did not try to sell me a bunch of extra parts and create extra labor charges like some shops may be. My car was repaired within 2 hours and is running great. They also repaired it at a reasonable price which was really really helpful to me.
