Vincent answered all my questions in a professional manner. He was patient. He also went the extra mile when calling around for a rare part. I also appreciated that he sent his staff to pick me up at my house. He went above and beyond. He is exceptional at his job as General Manager!

Good people here. They take their warranties seriously. After a recent service I developed and oil leak. They replaced the oil pan gasket and ran the truck for three hours without a leak. No charge. I trust these people.

Good people here. After I had service there, I noticed that I had a small oil drip. Brought it in, they fixed the problem at no charge. They said if it still leaks, bring it back, no need for an appointment. Turns out they aced it the first time. I trust these guys.

Brown's automotive on Signal avenue rocks! I have had work done on my vehicle twice now and they have gone above and beyond to get me in and out (and my car fixed) as quickly as possible. The first time was because of air conditioning problems and Anna went out of her way to get the parts for me and expedite the repair as quickly as possible. I am blown away by the knowledge and understanding that she has about mechanics! She and Geri, the service advisors up front are rock stars with their customer service. They certainly made me feel comfortable and taken care of. This place strives for excellence and that is certainly what I received on my two visits.
