Jerri was amazing from setting up the appt to explaining everything to me. I called ahead for an oil change which they had opening right then and got a complimentary tire rotation and detailed health report for my van. Took a bit over an hour but with this service, it’s worth the wait. Oh and way cheaper than any chain oil change place! Thanks again

Maintenance services done were good. I stayed in the lobby and waited for the work to be done. It was quite a longer wait than I was told it would take when I set up the appointment. I was told about an hour; it took 3 hours. When I got in my suv to go home, the system settings were not reset. I went back into the building and all the techs went to lunch. The office lady at the register came out to the car to tried help me. She needed to go back in to get a manuel to reset the settings. I knew some of the settings on my car. Between the office lady and I, we were able to figure out the system settings. Otherwiise, they do good work. I have taken my vehicle there for nearly two years. I have not had problems with the work done. They have been the best garage I have taken my vehicle to.! :) :)

This the second vehicle that Ive taken to Brown and both were fixed in a timely manner. I like that fact that they always keep me updated and check on issues that might be of concern. Second vehicle they contacted the extended warranty company and dealt with it so didnt have to. I will continue to do business with Brown, good customer service. Thanks William
