Such a pleasant surprise: an auto repair shop with ASE certified mechanic(s)/tech(s) who truly know what they're doing! ...who are thorough and know how to (& do) inspect and troubleshoot, not just read codes and react, react, react. Each of the major repairs they identified (front suspension, powere steering system, and catalytic converter/oxygen sensor system), I'd suspected or been told about. Yet, this shop was the only one of 7 shops contacted, and 4 others visited, that provided a comprehensive inspection, sufficiently detailed report with photos and repair estimates; and Service Advisor, Chris Delong, kindly, competently helped me determine prioritizations - so I could make informed descisions. Yup, it was costly in the end. Yett, I much prefer to take care of what's needed now than become stranded somehwere, especially perhaps in the mtns during winter! Thank you. Thank you. You've diminished my auto-related stress substantially. I now consider this Brown's shop my primary maintenance & repair crew. See you for my next check-up and maintenance ~
Thank you, AR! I completely understand; it is sad that our industry elicits a response of surprise when things go as they always should have! Many who came before us caused that stressful relationship by not having integrity and compassion! I am proud to work at Brown's Auto, where we live and work by the golden rule!
