Brown's has completed several major repairs for me on an old Dodge truck. Every time I drive off from the shop, it drives like its brand new. I'm not sure how they do it, but they take something that is well worn with a fits-like-a-glove feel and make it drive like it's coming straight off the factory line, which is really saying something, because I have abused that truck into near oblivion on multiple occasions. Thank you Brown's!

Brown's Automotive has exceeded all my expectations. The owner and mechanics deliver incredible service. They have a very detailed automotive report of your car prior to starting their work. It allows for complete transparency. They are very knowledgable and they really care about your car and making sure that you feel comfortable. I will continue to bring my car into them for anything. They also make you feel like you can ask them any question (nothing is too novice) and they do not make you feel patronized. They are nice and do an excellent mechanic work. Great place and I am glad I have them.

Chris is amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were comparable. I had a coupon that I left and home so I hope they honor it the next day...I will let you know! Well turns out that once they close the books you cannot get your coupon discount. No offer to credit for next job, no discussion on ways to make it right...just "sucks to be you attittude." Sad because I really liked this place and could have given them a ton of more business.

Chris and Darryl were great to work with. I took my 2007 Avalanche to a "Dealer" and was given sad news about the diagnosis ... "Oil Pump" needs to be replaced ... (Appx $10k repair). My truck has 260K miles on it ... According to KBB my truck is worth about $3.5K .... I decided to get a 2nd opinion and found "Browns Automotive" on a generic Google search for local repair shops. They had good public ratings so I gave them a call. I am glad I did! They suggested I bring my truck in and let them run diagnostics on it. Long story short, they diagnosed, repaired, added additional necessary repairs (not even looked at my the dealer), and got my truck back to running. That 3 year / 36 month warranty was an added surprise. They suggested I may be good for another 100k miles. All of this for less than 1/2 price of what the dealer had quoted for a singular (Oil pump) repair that they had recommended. It felt like my truck got a very thorough look over. I have taken good care of this truck over the years and wanted to keep it running! It is nice to have "007" back in operation! Good, trustworthy folks! I HIGHLY recommend Darryl, Chris, and team.
