Brown's was fast and professional. Took my Tacoma to Brown's on 4th because my check engine light was on for my O2 sensor and I was unable to pass emissions testing. They did diagnostics and were able to install new O2 sensor the next day. The repair worked and I passed emmissions, woohoo! Very easy to work with and I liked the diagnostics report via email.

If I could give more than a 5/5 I honestly would. From getting my vehicle in, to getting the services performed and getting it paid for was simple. I appreciate the Technician Jeremy for really going the extra mile for getting my vehicle serviced as well as providing an in depth inspection on the general health of my car, and the Advisor Dustin for clearly explaining my invoice, as well as making everything a breeze. I recently (August 2023) had my car serviced at Brown's Automotive Experts. I was able to make an appointment within a day or so of calling for one. Also, my car was serviced within a few hours, after an employee provided a listing of issues/quotes to me immediately beforehand.
