The guys at Browns automotive were awesome. Fixed our vehicle with new rotors and brakes. They sent a video link explaining everything they were inspecting on vehicle. They called back three days later making sure everything was okay with service. Where do you see that kind of customer service? We won't take our vehicles anywhere else. I love this place. I’ve been going to Brown’s since 1995 when their dad ran the place .They are extremely competent, very trustworthy, they providing photos of any issues they diagnose before working on it. All the staff provide great customer service too. I highly recommend.

This auto service is GREAT! Cliff and his crew have gone above and beyond to get my 1997 Chevy Van back on the road. This shop is run very professionally, with expert service, kindness and efficiency! I noted how Cliff always pays attention to his customer’s concerns. . He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail that needed repair. I just can’t thank him/them enough for the work they have done. Cliff, the Mgr. went above and beyond to get me on the road. My vehicle is a 1997 Chevy 1500 Express Van. It needs a lot of TLC. I've taken her to other mechanics who have misdiagnosed the issue more than once. Cliff and his crew got it right. The estimates, inspection reports and final bill are printed out and easy to read & understand. Cliff is never too busy to talk to me and although he's extremely busy, he's not rattled by phones ringing, customers waiting or meeting deadlines.
