We have been using Brown's for a couple of years now. The last job was done an hour earlier than promised. There is always a detailed explanation of the work involved. The cost estimate accurate. Work is always professional done. Labor costs are generally what they are. As a loyal Brown's customer I get a discount of 10% on parts. The important thing is, you are working with someone you can trust.

Overly priced for equal service never going back

Service was excellent. Chris responded promptly to having our vehicle towed in when we developed a fuel leak. The problem was assessed quickly and parts ordered to repair the leak. Once the parts were received, service was performed quickly and our truck was available for pick-up. The engine area was cleaned and all service was performed professionally.

Communication was excellent the work was perfect took a non starting truck to a truck that runs and feels great thank you to the team at this shop definitely recommend

Although this business isn’t the cheapest in town, their service is top notch! They provided the most detailed bumper to bumper inspection of my vehicle that I’ve ever seen which includes photos!
