I will say they are knowledgeable. Professional. I don't care for the prices on a diagnostic test especially since it was something small but hey beggers can't be choosers. Diagnostic tests are always a pain to deal with. Ya'll took me in as soon as you could so I appreciate that. I especially enjoy your guys reports that you provide. Very thorough very clear and precise. I especially like the pictures and video you provided. Off to find the part I need. Thanks guys.

Brown’s Automotive in Rio Rancho is an excellent service provider. They have worked on several of my vehicles and I have been very pleased with the results. Henry who is one of the service advisors is wonderful to work with. He does an excellent job of providing status updates. In my opinion you can expect top notch service at reasonable prices.

Wonderful experience at Brown’s Automotive Experts. They were able to get my truck in for a tune up, brakes, and a few oil leaks fixed on my schedule. When I dropped it off we went over an estimate and I felt confident to leave my vehicle. The same day I had updates with pictures of all necessary repairs and more. Over a few days they were able to get all repairs completed with excellent communication the whole time. I do plan to continue to use them and would recommend them to friends and family.
