I am thrilled to find an honorable automotive service such as Brown's Automotive. I asked for factory maintenance, including brake inspection, fluids, hoses, and an alignment. The manager asked me if I was having any issues with the car pulling one way or another. I didn't think so, so he eliminated that job right away. Their evaluation of the car's inspection was thorough and honest. I felt very confident that they didn't need to sell me anything I didn't need. Besides this, they sent me a full report with pictures from under the hood. That seems to be a very thorough part of their work so I can see for myself what was done. They were very busy, so they only did an oil change for this visit. I don't mind going back for another appointment to make a couple of repairs. I appreciated that they didn't try to squeeze me in, having the car in their shop for many hours.

My husband and I were traveling across the country when my power steering faulted near Albuquerque. We tried calling a couple dealerships since my car is under warranty but they couldn't even diagnose the problem for 3-7 days. We looked up nearby mechanics and came across Brown's Automotive Experts. Cliff and Dustin were so nice and accomodating. They prioritized us being travelers and no where to stay. They let us stay in the office for the entire time my car was being worked on and even reccommended lunch places for us. They even offered to drive us to get food or a possible hotel if it came down to us staying another night. Some of the mechanics even gave my dog some treats. They explained everything and showed us pictures of what had to be done for my car. They kept us updated during the entire process. We were able to hit the road same day and continue our drive to the east coast. Everything ran perfect for the remainder of the trip (about 1,800 miles). We cannot thank these guys enough. We were in what could have been a very difficult situation, but they treated us like family.

I drove in to Brown's with my undercarriage hanging loose. Staff was pleasant and professional, and Robert fixed it in 10 minutes! There was also NO CHARGE. I highly recommend Brown's!
