I recently brought my cousin’s BMW to Browns Automotive for some important work—replacing the coils, spark plugs, and a few fuel injectors. The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally. Ray was the one who helped me through everything. He stayed in constant contact and kept me updated on the vehicle every step of the way, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find that kind of communication and transparency. The pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was impressively fast. The car is running great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll definitely be recommending Browns Automotive—and Ray—to family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about Brown's automotive in Rio rancho. They were very helpful getting all the problems I had with my car fixed. It was a collector car that I was trying to get ready to sell. I can't sell someone a piece of junk. Don't have the heart for it. They helped me get everything functioning. And assisted me in every way they could. I sincerely appreciate your help. The car was sold a week ago did the guy who bought it is extremely happy.
