This place really helped me out. I had driven out from TX to NM and my car started to have some issues making it non-drivable. This issue was potentially going to strand me for quite some time since all other shops were a week to a month out to even look at the car. Cliff went out of his way to help and got me in same day. Follow up on the issue was super quick and the car was fixed by the end of the day. I ended up having to leave back to TX even earlier than expected so this immediate and quick attention really saved me. Thanks to this shop and Cliff for being so helpful and professional.

Browns Automotive Wyoming Location is fantastic! Cliff and Dustin up front have both been great every time! Cliff always makes sure I'm taken care of and the issue is fixed correctly. The shop tech's are great and get the work done very quickly with great quality. I have been to Brown's for Rotor, Caliper, Brake Pad replacement, basically a full A/C overhaul at one point and a few other issues. They are straight shooters, hard workers and I trust these guys!

Absolutely amazing service. I had another mechanic try to scam me out of over $3,000. The team working here showed me with pictures of the parts in question why they did or did not need replacement, and informed me fully on each piece. The customer service was wonderful, with their team being both nice and understanding of my needs. They were able to do maintenance same day as inspection in an fast turn around time while I was at work. I cannot recommend them enough, these people are honest and caring.
