I took an old truck in for an alignment. They did a full inspection on the truck and put a bunch of time and effort into it. They weren’t able to align the truck due to a bent frame. The owner refused any payment, all staff seemed like good honest people

Brown's Automotive in Los Ranchos is an amazing auto shop! First off their inspection reports are super detailed and they also provide pictures of the entire inspection! Also the initial inspection is the cheapest price I've found in town! They email you the full report and will go over it with you in person and with a phone call! They're service is phenomenal! Also their customer service is amazing as well. Eddie is very attentive and respectful, Chris is very attentive as well, respectful, caring and helpful! I am a single mom of three so he made sure he did all that he could for me to make sure my vehicle was running the way it should and is safe for my children and I! Chris for sure is always now going to be my go-to guy! I will not take my car anywhere but to Brown's Automotive from now on! Diagnostic took 2 hours longer than what was promised. I would have been okay with that, understanding how things don't always go as planned. Even though the car was done being inspected, I had to wait even more for my keys because of a lunch break The price quotes for the repair was twice that of the shop I ended up doing the work with. Will never go back.

They took care of me right away, figured out the problem other mechanics could not, super helpful, super nice people. Will use Brown's for any future problems or service with my truck. Thank you Brown's
