My son and I were in Albuquerque, 150 miles from home, when the radiator fan on my car stopped working. We were able to get my vehicle over to Brown's Automotive Experts. Eddie got us an appointment right away. Their service was phenomenal. The staff there were very nice and seemed quite knowledgeable, especially Chris. I had my car back and working within a few hours, and my son and I were on our way home. If I lived in Albuquerque they would be my first choice for auto repairs, based on my experience there. Highly recommended!

I took my 2004 ford f150 in to be diagnosed with what seemed to be a bearing noise. Chris the service advisor was friendly and helpful. They promptly diagnosed the issue and responded with a fair estimate. Most importantly to me the technician delivered my vehicle in the time frame that was originally quoted. It’s hard to find a good barber and a reliable auto shop, so when I get one I stick with them. Thanks guys I will be back.

Brought in a Dodge Ram, had brakes, tune up, oil change, flushing some fluids, replacing some lights and shocks done along with TS idiot lights. They met expectations and kept us updated till the day set to PU the vehicle which was delayed by waiting for a part where we had to call, we were not in a hurry so it didn't bother us. Everything was done quite well. So far all expectations have been met and pretty top-notch service. We don't drive the vehicle alot so we'll see what the future holds. VERY satisfied so far. Yes

I recently moved to Albuquerque and family recommended Browns. My car is purring like a kitten. I had it towed to Browns when my car suddenly made sounds as if I was dragging something. There was nothing there. Browns ran a full diagnosis as well as a visual inspection. The dragging sounds were caused by a spring from my new (30 days earlier) installed brakes, sprung . The problem was fixed. They also provided me a full report about my car that is easy to understand, advising what is okay, what needs attention and what is critical and needs attention. I didn't feel like a victim as happens with some repair shops. I will not be go anywhere else.
