Went to get a/c service was told first thing that needs to be done was air flow needs to be good, so I was td that they need to wash the condenser and change the cabin air filter, they wanted to charge me 800.00 to do so looked up the cleanser and air filter under 60 dollars, got a call a 30 minutes later thy said the mechanics said they can do it for 580.00. So I went ahead and said I will need to do at a later time went and bought the cleaner and air filter did it my self and my a/c is working great. I thought that they were charging to much to the job, and how was the first estimate was 800.00 then 30 minutes later price drops to 580.00, just be careful who you trust

I needed my car diagnosed to figure and find out 2 concerning issues. Isaac was awesome in dealing with my concerns. After 2 days of having my car, I knew there was going to be a major delimma. Not the news that I wanted to hear but already had the feeling my car was done. The shop was great in accessing my concerns and needless to say I didn't want to invest that kind of expense on an almost 10yr old car. Thanks guys for your upmost professionalism in caring for me and my car. You all were awesome. I look forward to bringing in my new vehicle just to make sure I don't have any issues. My Yukon has a parasitic battery draw. After the car was in the shop for one week, they called to say it was fixed. The cost was over $1000.00. I pick it up and two days later, the battery was dead again. I called them and they asked me to return it to the shop. One and half weeks later they informed that they could not find the draw or fix it. The car still will not start without a jump. 2 1/2 weeks in the shop, a thousand dollars lighter and my car still has the same problem. Nice people, but the problem wasn't fixed.

Good experience. Provided thorough inspection which after discussion yielded another service to be performed. Vehicle drove great driving home but will need more time to thoroughly assess of course.
