We had been taking our car to a different place in RR, but had been taking too long to fix and outrageous prices and never called us back. So, we were looking for a new place to get our vehicle fixed so decided to try Brown's automotive. Now I understand that if we have car shield it's going to take longer, but we had to wait for parts (took a week and a half to get here from Texas) it took 3 weeks and 2 days. We don't have a second car. So all you're doing is just sitting and waiting until they call you. It's very aggravating, annoying and disappointing You just want somebody to do something that's not moving at a snails pace. We have to decide if we'll ever go back.

Amazing customer service, great inspection to help me understand services needing to be performed, and great communication. My car is running great after the work I had done.

We moved back to Abq close to a year ago. We were needing a reliable, professional mechanic to take out vehicles for service. I came across Browns, and decided to give them a try. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Issac, and he asked what I needed. My truck needed both serpentine belts replaced, transmission fluid/filter replaced, along with a few other items. They took a few days and I picked it up. Ive also had my Honda serviced there, my wifes Nissan, and now my parents F-150 truck! Every single time, they have been professional, courteous, and genuine care about their customers. If you are looking for a new mechanic, give Browns a try. You wont be disappointed.

Very informative kinda pricey but for quality work takes a price

Good service. Friendly but didn't give update calls when they said they would. Assume it was because they were busy. They send emails and texts which is good.

We are on a road trip passing through but we are on a tight schedule with upcoming reservations. My husband’s truck started acting up and they were able to get it fixed in less than 24 hours. Very thankful! :-)

Brown's Automotive is the best. Darrell was back in the Rio Rancho Location and he is awesome. He always goes above and beyond. I wish he could stay there forever. Thank you not only to him, but all the techs who take care of our vehicles.
