I've never seen a company whose service is as thorough as this one. I went in for a simple oile change and it included a "health checkup" which is a complete vehicle check complete with pictures, explanations of problems, possible future problems, recommendations etc. It really impressed me and opened my eyes about things to watch for. A kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff!! I HIGHLY recommend Brown's Automotive. Check them out!

As one who did my own repairs for 50 years I had no idea who to call for a repair. Due to medical reasons I was now at the mercy of the internet. I checked out their web page and decided to give them a try. I am completely satisfied with their service and honesty. What they charged for the service was very reasonable. In the future they will have any and all repair work I need performed.

These guys really made me feel taken care of. They will err on the side of over communicating to you that, as someone who doesn’t know cars, could be overwhelmed by. But they help. They care. They make sure you know what they are doing. And if you have something fixed, they will stick by you to help you figure out what else could be wrong. We had our 2004 Toyota Sienna van worked on in August because there was a loud squeaking noise. We called them a week later because the noise came back. They got us in the next day and was able to remedy the problem whiich was simply loose belts. They are professional, responsive, and good at what they do.
