Nolan Brown manages the 7702 Fourth St., NW location of Donald Brown Parts and Automotive. I've had a head casket replaced, a front end alignment and an 'electrical challenge' repaired and it was done the first time my 2001 Impala with 235,000 miles went into the shop. A minor oil leak developed around an oil sensor that dripped into the starter and shorted it out. They picked me up, towed the car and did the repair for free because the previous work "may" have caused the problem.

Great honest work, Dusten is great at explaining what needed to be done. He saved the old parts and showed me what the problems were with them further establishing my confidence in the quality of work.

I've been bringing all of my automobiles to Don Brown's for almost 15 years now. They are always fast, efficient, honest, and friendly. I trust this family owned business, and see it as a local gem. They have always been very helpful, and trustworthy, which to me is very important when it comes to mechanics. I'm thrilled they have 2 locations now!

Not much to say about this place. Been around as long as I can remember, and has always been the place to go for high quality, dependable work. I've never worried that I was being ripped off or taken for the proverbial 'ride'. Fair and honest. What else can you ask for?
