Very professional, courteous service!

This is the only place in town that I will bring my vehicle to for repairs or maintenance. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The technicians are very thorough and well trained to handle any repair on your vehicle. I've had three of my vehicles worked on by these guys and have always been 100% satisfied with their work. My favorite part of going to Donald Brown's is the family feel as opposed to the cold heartless feeling of the big chain repair shops. When people ask me who to go to for their vehicle repair and maintenance needs I always send them to Brown's.

The staff was nice and friendly. I got same day service without an appointment. They gave me a ride to work and offered a ride back. They were honest and I was satisfied with the repairs. I will definitely Use them again.

The diagnostic report was the most thorough I've ever encountered in my long experience with repair shops. Service advisor Chris explained in detail the results of the report, kept me updated on the repairs I chose to have done, and helped prioritize future repairs based on vehicle safety and price. And they gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off (almost unheard of for a small, independent shop).
