Browns Automotive's relatively new (since July, I think) location in southern Rio Rancho is now our family's service center. They're punctual and thorough. Also, their system will send you progress reports (if you like) as the inspection or repair is ongoing, with photos of the work in progress. Their web page makes online appts a snap. No long list of extra things I was pushed to have done, they were specific about what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. Also they found the problem really quickly after pulling the car in. The office was nice and clean and the person at the front desk was friendly and communicative.

Dearholt AutoCare is fantastic, it's my 1st choice for any issue I can't solve myself that comes up with my car. He's checked cars I considered buying, which saved me from buying a car that needed a lot of upcoming repairs. And since I didn't buy those, I was still looking when one of my dream cars came up with a great deal. He even checked that one to make sure they didn't skip anything on the rebuild. And the best part is that he never charged me a cent for any of those services, since it was just a checkup with no repairs. He even just advised me that the front brakes were low, instead of trying to convince me to have them do it, since he knew I'm at least that capable. I've know Jim Dearholt for a few years, and heard great reviews from a variety of people in that time. I can't recommend him any higher, and he's my immediate recommendation when anyone I know has car issues.
