Browns Automotive's relatively new (since July, I think) location in southern Rio Rancho is now our family's service center. They're punctual and thorough. Also, their system will send you progress reports (if you like) as the inspection or repair is ongoing, with photos of the work in progress. Their web page makes online appts a snap. Say hello to Leslie - she quite pleasantly runs the front of the shop.

No long list of extra things I was pushed to have done, they were specific about what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. Also they found the problem really quickly after pulling the car in. The office was nice and clean and the person at the front desk was friendly and communicative.
