No One is every happy having to pay 2400.00 for a repair so that is kind of expected but the other thing some wound up my steering cover i thought that was weird.... thanks guys

Had a "clunking" sound from the front that another shop diagnosed as a rack and pinion problem. Dustin had his guys check the noise with "chassis ears" and diagnosed it as sway bars that needed to be replaced. In addition, they did an alignment and oil change and full inspection. As soon as the inspection was done, I received (via email) a detailed inspection report with items listed as good, needs monitoring, or needs repair, complete with pictures! Amazing service. Also gave me a very competitive quote for tires. The best part? The "clunking" sound is gone! I'll be coming back!

I had timing belt etc. replaced on my 2006 Toyota Tundra I was more than pleased with the work preformed by Browns Automotive. Great work ethics and job performance. I will diffidently use there services again. What a great change from having to go to local dishonest dealer.
