My car and I have always had a positive experience when receiving service at Brown's. Service is thorough and professionally performed. Extra work is always preceded by a phone call explaining what the problem is and what needs to done to fix it, plus the anticipated cost. I have complete confidence in their work and it's a great feeling to know that your car is safe when you leave their place of business.

Had some A.C. problems last year and they set it straight with a fast diagnosis and a very reasonable repair. Very polite and professional. I will be taking my cars to these guys from now on!!!

After many years with them, I'm still trying to find a flaw. It's getting better and better: they now have a wonderful restaurant across the street where I can have something to eat, and my favorite dog groomer is close by. It's heaven!

After learning that my car was diagnosed with a transmission leak and an engine oil leak yesterday, I took my car to a few auto repair shops just to see how much it would cost. Today, Dustin, Mike, and Chris were gracious enough to check the car and offer their professional opinion. Their honest appraisal is truly appreciated and is definitely a reason why I would probably come back here again. As a new arrival to Albuquerque, this experience was an unexpected delight!

Very good work as always. Transmission and drive shaft fluid changes have made a super smooth ride and flushed brake lines with new fluid have made a big difference. Chevy running very well. Thanks!
