had car towed to Browns.late Friday night. Left it in front for them to look at on Monday morning---they did a diagnostic on it--sent an e-mail of all the little things that could be fixed and the major problem of a broken fuel pump.. had them do the fuel pump--and a bunch of little stuff including replacing brake fluid-- picked it up on Tuesday and the car has not run this well in a couple of years..and the brakes are so much better--180000 miles and going for 300000.. with the good care from Browns it will be in good shape a few years from now.. Very happy and now a loyal customer.

This was my first visit to Brown's Automotive. I met Don Brown at a networking event. I'm deeply impressed by the integrity and concern shown to a brand new client. Brad has suggested that the repairs needed for my 2002 Toyota Camry exceed the current book value of the vehicle by a pretty big number. How rare is that? I don't yet know what I am going to do about my car - but I feel so comfortable with the perspective shared by Doug that if I WERE to decide that I love my car enough to spend so much on it, that the repairs would be impeccable!
AMAZING PEOPLE WOW Ok so my radiator crapped out on me and I was super stressed about it. These guys got the job done quick and very well!!! They are competitively priced and have a great vibe in the shop (plus a super cute pupper named Ratchet). Great place, and whatever they did under the hood made my SUV drive better than I've felt in awhile. 10/10 I recommend!
Best place in town!! Never lets me down, not quit till the job is done correctly. I personally have to take my vehicle to three different shops get ripped off three different times until I took my things to Brown's! He fixed both the issues on my handicap accessible van and my handicap accessible truck. And these are not his specialties.
