I was referred to Browns automotive by the internet so I went to the location in person. My vehicle needed some repair and I let them inspect it to see what actually needed to be replaced and fixed. I get a call later in the afternoon and I was informed that Browns automotive wanted to charge me $4800 for my repair. Which was outrageous! I later went to another automotive shop and they had the same parts, tools and materials and only wanted to charge me $1100 for everything. I wont be returning to this repair shop or recommending anybody to this shop because I feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me..

This was my first time @ Brown’s Auto Experts, and I really appreciate, beyond the great mechanical services they offer, to have been given enough info about what they found and what work needed to be done and how soon. My Honda needed the 90,000 mile service maintenence, which is a lot of work, and not inexpensive. But both Ed & Henry were really great at explaining everything. I felt like I was treated as a customer- with work that needed done, rather than just someone run thru the mill of charging for device from a big dealership. Really appreciate the service and I will be back

I was very happy with the health inspection they had done on my 2005 hundi. The result email was very detailed, tell me everything about all the parts that where giving out, the severity of the damage of the parts, as well as pictures they took to show the damage on all parts. They then told me where to start with fixing my car and gave me a price on the first part to fix.They where a lot of help and I will be definitely coming back for help fixing up my car!
