This is long overdue- I had the best experience with this shop. I broke down at the grocery store the day before Christmas Eve and they were so helpful. They were great at communicating timelines, repairs, and prices. Surprisingly their quotes compared to quotes I got from other shops were substantially cheaper for the same service. They repaired my car and had me up and running! Highly recommend and I’ll be going back whenever I need auto repairs or expertise!

Jude did a great job repairing the leaky high pressure hose to the power steering on my 95 Ford Explorer.

I have had my car serviced at Brown's a few times and have always had a great experience. This time it took it in for an oil change and during their routine inspection they found two of my wheel lug nuts were welded to the studs. Eventually we realized my last inspection with wheels off was at Brown's. My car is from 2018 and some of the lug nuts were starting to loose their threading but because they were the last to place the wheels back on they covered the service and replaced all of the lug nuts. They also noted my battery, which was a year old was failing but recommended I take it to the store I bought it at to get the warranty replacement on it. Overall Jonathan was incredibly helpful, honest and transparent and the work was done efficiently at fair market prices. They've repeatedly earned my business because of their integrity.
