My front brakes were replaced about six weeks ago. A noise developed in the left front brake immediately. Browns first replaced a miscast caliper, then the brake pad. When the noise continued for another 3-4 weeks, they replaced the entire brake assembly and stopped the noise, all under warranty. This is as it should have been, and they did it without any hassle, no question at all.

Poor communication. Did not tell me a vehicle inspection was 89.95, NOT applicable to work I might have done. They lost my business.

Darrell provided exemplary customer service. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. The electronic report, that included photos of the repairs that were needed, was very informative. I really appreciate Keith giving me a ride home. Now that I’ve been driving my car for a few days, it is obvious that the maintenance that was done is making a huge difference in my riding experience.:-)

I was cancelled service by the repair shop I had an appt with and Brown’s was able to take me that morning. They kept in contact daily with what was going on with my vehicle, which was very impressive to me. They did a timely great job! I will return for any service I need.
