Transparency and options. This place is clear on what they do what they recommend what can be left for another time and give you photos and video for what they are looking at. Never any pressure and everything is up to what you want to do. On top of that the staff there is great and honest. My new place to go for all auto needs.

Anna was great with the engine mounts, transmission mounts, and CV axle. There were several things being handled at once, but she kept everything clear and made sure the details did not get mixed up. Communication was easy, the repair plan made sense, and the whole process stayed on track. Anna was helpful, thorough, and did a really good job keeping everything together.

Very honest, reputable people. I could've paid thousands for repairs but they let me know that my car was basically a lemon and I'm better off returning it. I'll definitely be recommending them to everybody. First real honest repair shop I've been to. They did an amazing 💯 diagnostic through and through.

Brown's Automotive Experts (Rio Rancho) easily earned their 5 stars. From the moment I called to set an appointment, to the moment my vehicle was ready to return to the road, the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. They were also very welcoming, friendly, and didn't seem to mind answering all of my questions. I had gone in for a once over inspection of my vehicle so that I'd have a list of things to prioritize for needed maintenance and repairs. They were very thorough, and created a list of things that prioritized the more immediate needs vs those that can be tended to with less urgency, and those that can be done later. And each item was gone over and explained to me. That was exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking for a reasonably priced repair facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff, you might consider giving them a try. Too many businesses forget that the customer can make or break your business, but Brown's Automotive Experts staff certainly seemed to be very on their toes customer service oriented which was welcome and appreciated. 5 stars

The staff Monica and Savannah were professional and courteous. I had a dead battery and my car was towed to Brown's Auto Experts. I needed to be dropped off to car rental place to pick up a rental car. They were kind and went out of their way to drop me off to pick up a rental vehicle. Because of an unexpected issue that they encountered while working on my car, they replaced the radiator at no charge.
