I cannot recommend Browns enough! The level of service I got was amazing. I was kept up to date about my car through the repairs. Anna and Jerri were great to work with. Maybe I’m just out of date but in my experience it’s not common to go to a shop and see two women working, definitely made me feel more comfortable. I loved it! Browns offered an inspection unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. It really helped me make a decision I felt comfortable with. Very honest. I really felt like Brown’s cared about me. I will always go back to Browns. Thank you Browns!

Vincent and Lorraine were very helpful and most importantly, friendly. For me, the human interaction is the most important part of an auto shop experience.
