As a young woman, it’s hard to find a good shop that’ll take me seriously and give honest feedback. Browns has amazing customer service, they always explain what they’re doing, why they’re doing it and give honest feedback for what they recommend getting done with evidence to back it up. Isaac has been working with me to diagnose and fix up my 1993 Chevy, and he has been very helpful and responsive. They do great work for a good price, which is awesome, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. I can price shop anywhere, but it’s hard to find a good shop that works with you and takes your concerns seriously. They provide very detailed inspections and don’t start fixing things until they get the go ahead from you, they’re very upfront and honest.
