Had a pre-purchase inspection done here. The report I received seemed very thorough and my service advisor Cameron explained everything to me patiently. Before my appointment I spoke to Fernando on the phone a couple of times and he was also very helpful. I took the inspection report to the dealer and they agreed to perform the recommended services on the vehicle as part of the purchase. I'm planning to use Brown's for future services and repairs on the vehicle.

Normal oil change, but tech found excessive metal in differential. Had them investigate further, and Ed called my extended warranty company to discover it would be paid for, but I have to go to a Dodge dealer. Thankfully found issues before I go on a 7000 mile trip.

OMG ! The Universe has sent me Brown's Automotive Experts! My 2010 Prius has brake issues, went in for a second opinion, the dealership, missed a major issue. Brown's, took photos and gave explanations, and gave me a ride home. And still came at a reasonable cost and length of time for repair. No work done yet. My car is sadly awaiting the mechanics to arrive in the morning
