Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Although I was not able to get the tires I wanted Brown’s was able to find similar tires for much less. This was also the only place I could find that could handle my Promaster 3500. I will be returning for regular maintenance.

I would recommend browns automotive, my repairs were a little bit complicated, and I knew there could be a variable, but it was within the conversations that we had.And they seemed to try to keep me informed about what was going on. They were always pleasant to speak with, and they had a clean shop. I think probably the best recommendation You can give somebody is, would you use them again? I would say yes.

Amazing experience at Brown’s Automotive! I was greeted by a friendly team—and their adorable Boston Terrier shop mascot was an added bonus. They replaced one of my tires and didn’t even charge me. I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness, honesty, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care!
