Excellent, reliable, accurate and affordable service!

Was pretty tired coming in. Long 24 hours. Wound up falling asleep for a bit in the lobby. Chris and Jonathan started whispering which was just a kind and unnecessary thing to do given it’s a workplace. 10/10 customer service. Just nice guys. The service was quick. Efficient, and the communication was top tier.

I am very impressed with the service and timely completion of the work done on my vehicle. They did a complete inspection and broke it down into what repairs were needed and recommended what should be done first. Ive found honest automotive care and will continue to take my vehicle to Browns automotive in Rio Rancho and will gladly recommend them to friends and family!

Top notch. I had such a wonderful first visit experience. These guys were not only friendly and honest, but also very accommodating and personable. I felt like I could trust them, and noticed that it seemed like everyone who came through the door had a similar feeling about this place. I feel like the owners must strive to make this the feeling in all of their locations. And I say that because I originally called the shop in Rio Rancho, and also received a very pleasant interaction. But Chris and John at the NE location are remarkably good at what they do. They definitely put the customer first; additionally, the guys in the shop did an amazing job of gathering all of the car details in a comprehensive, descriptive, and organized-by-priority format. I felt like with this cadre of professionals, that I didn’t have to worry about the quality of work they were doing, and if it was good. On top of that, they take pictures of everything and send it to you digitally—which just helps to know that as a customer, you can trust their recommendations. Certifications are hanging on the wall of this nice, clean, waiting area with accommodations ready for people as they wait. I can’t say enough about it, but I can also tell you that I’m happy to have found them.
