What an amazing shop! They were very busy when I came in, but were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road in time to make it to work. Staff were courteous and professional; lobby space was clean. I heard the front desk folks calmly explaining car problems to their customers in plain language. Will definitely be taking my car here for further maintenance.

Brown came through when others could not. The PCM in my old Explorer failed and no one could find a replacement. Brown got it rebuilt and programmed. Without the working PCM I was facing major expense for a new car.

I'd like to thank Issac and all the other wonderful people who worked and fixed our vehicle. This was not an easy job not to mention it's a foreign vehicle we could not find a trustworthy or dependable automotive shop to help us get it back on the road. I called in explaining our issues we were having. We had an appointment the same day had it towed in the next day by the afternoon we finally had an answer to the problem. Within a couple days our vehicle was fully fixed and ready to go. Unfortunately we did not have the full total amount owed Browns automotive was very understanding to our situation and it was no problem they held our vehicle without issue.

It’s great to hear Issac and the team were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get your vehicle back on the road, especially given the complexity of the repair.
