Had a very challenging electrical problem that took much longer than the 1 hour diagnostic fee charge. The weren’t 100 percent sure that the problem was addressed so only charged me the diagnostic fee. Turned out they fixed the problem! Honest people, great work. I would have given 5 stars even if the problem wasn’t fixed, purely based on the honesty and communication that took place while vehicle was at the shop.

I have been taking my fleet vehicles to Brown's for several months now. They have great technology to show and explain items that may need some attention both now and down the road. The communication has been fantastic and I appreciate their consideration about having a commercial vehicle in the shop and not keeping it tied up any longer than needed. I have the Wyoming location on speed dial! Everyone I have dealt with has been great...specifically Michael the GM. Isaac, Jeremy, Darrell, and the whole team has been great. Awesome service. Diagnostic was great and repairs were made in a very timely manner. The 3 year warranty is rare and much appreciated. Definitely my new go to mechanics! Would recommend without hesitation to anyone who is looking for honest, competent, and pleasant car repair and maintenance.

I've been taking my 2015 Subaru Forester to Brown's Automotive Experts now for about a year and a half. I've had both routine maintenance (oil and filter changes) as well as major repair work accomplished (transmission rebuild, major tune-up, belt replacement). I have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality of repairs completed by the technicians at Brown's Automotive Experts. They have never tried to "upsell" unnecessary services, which I find refreshing. The quality of their service is top tier.
