Don't let the modest look of the shop fool you- these guys are right up there with any of the giant tech savvy companies. I was kept informed throughout the day with text and email with live current photos of my car and the work that was being performed. What a peace of mind to not feel like you're getting worked over by your mechanic. Thanks to everyone for an outstanding job, we will definitely be back.

The quality of their work is always first rate. They are thorough and courteous. The reason for four rather than five stars is that my car was not ready until well after they said it would be. But, I still will take my car back to them for any repairs.

Very professional staff

After a complete brake replacement on all 4 wheels on my RV, it needed a followup visit to adjust the brakes. Keith attended to it on the spot. Brakes worked well after that. In fact, on Paseo del Norte, a crazy driver pulled right in front of me as traffic in my lane was slowing down. I initated a panic braking and the brakes on the RV held, allowing me to stop before rear ending the crazy driver!

So far Brown's auto has worked on my 1991 ford ranger, 2004 Dodge durango, 2015 ford focus, 2016 ford f-150, 1958 Chrysler windsor, and my grandmother's 2006 Toyota Camry.... Every job is always completed on time and to my satisfaction. It doesn't matter if it's a simple oil change, a timing belt, or figuring out an aftermarket wiring harness for my 60 year old car, Brown's auto has never disappointed me. Even though I live on the other side of town now and have plenty of choices where to take my vehicles, I keep coming back to Brown's. Dustin and his crew always do a great job..
