Good and honest service. Had what I thought was a failing clutch and Brown's determined it wasn't the clutch. Also had a seriously bad rear wheel bearing and hub. Good that it was repaired. There was another noise upon repair and I brought it back and Nate determined that it was rust on the rotor. Had it inspected and cleaned again and the brake shoes beveled slightly. Problem solved. Fast and thorough service at a reasonable price

In the front office, Brad was a good communicator as project manager for this repair job. The work was done on-time and the price was reasonable. I would definitely consider using Brown's again.

My truck was a mess when I brought it in. It bounced all over the road and the engine was barely running. I couldn't even use my AC in the hottest part of summer. Not only did Dustin Brown's crew run a FREE fuel diagnostic as part of a promotion they were running but when it checked out ok (any other shop would have just charged me for a new fuel pump I'm sure) they found out what was really going on. Spark plugs!!! $8 a piece and now my truck runs like it was brand new!!!! You can't put a price on that feeling, and I know I recieved an honest and correct repair. I also got 4 brand new shocks and now my truck rides excellently. Firestone already quoted me $900 for new tie rod ends and I didn't even need them! My truck would still be a mess and it would have cost me more than my whole bill at Brown's! I will never go any where else because I love honest buisnesses, I love my vehicle, and I love saving money and getting what I payed for. Thanks boys I hope to see you again and keep up all the great work.
