I first became familiar with Brown's Parts & Automotive back in November when AAA towed my car there over the header weekend. They were the only shop open that Friday and took great care of me. I recently returned for an oil change and brake fluid replacement. They were efficient with my time and did a great job on my car.

I was impressed with both service and price. The evaluation seems thorough (time will tell, right?) and the pricing very competitive. The service took much longer than expected, but the techs were in communication as promised and it wasn't a hardship. I think I've found my "new regular" auto service shop!
