My husband called and made an appointment yesterday and they were able to get us in at 8 this morning. They were able to locate the parts we needed for our repairs and we had our truck back within a few hours! They treated us with respect and the price was fair. We will definitely be going back for any future repairs. Thank you so much for everything!

Browns Auto on the west side! Same great service and knowledge we have come to expect from them. Wife had her window come off track and motor malfunctioning. Browns quoted a very fair price to get it fixed and suggested additional maintenance on her car. We passed on those items for now but they weren't pushy at all which I appreciated. Was very excited to see Browns Automotive Open in Rio Rancho. Needed some work on my daughter’s Nissan Sentra. Browns did a free vehicle inspection and text it to me with a tremendous amount of details and photos. The work was done on time and on budget and the car runs and rides great. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great emphasis on customer service. Would highly recommend.
