I was looking for a good, honest outfit to do the maintenance on my vehicles (I have 4 here in Albuquerque, two Ford Broncos and two Lincoln Mark V111's) and had seen their shop on 4th street many times, but, but had not visited with them until last month. As a sort-of test run as to their work, I had them change the oil and filter on one of the Lincolns. Their inspection (that brought to me some items that possibly should be done) is unusually well done and is a good thing and appreciated. From seeing the office and work area from on 4th street, I didn't realize that they have (behind the office area) a much larger shop work area that is nicely equipped for the work that they do. That was a nice discovery -- I now believe they do have all the tools necessary to complete most any work necessary to complete a job well done. About 90 days later, I had a major problem (ball joint failure on the front end) that rendered the Lincoln I was driving totally inoperable. I called Tim Sloan at their office, he had the vehicle picked up by a wrecker, took it to their shop, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with their work and workmanship. Looks like I will be using them for my vehicle maintenance needs for now on. I do like the way I (we) can discuss the problems and get a reasonable explanation for the work needed. Nice to find someone that I feel I can trust.
