I would like to clarify a previous review! I stand by the quality of the customer service! They are very professional and really take the time to make sure they communicate and problem solve! I had said earlier that o took my car into their shop and once returned it was not starting but it turns out the reason was completely my fault and had nothing to do with Browns service or the quality of work! I would like to apologize the the Browns staff and I will definitely be a return customer! JEREMY the master tech at this location went above and beyond. I was having trouble with my 22 Mustang GT and the ford dealership couldn’t figure it out. Jeremy not only figured out the problem but addressed the issue and had me back in my car the same day. His expertise is unmatched. I will take my car to him only from now on. Whatever your need, he is the real deal. Transparent, hardworking, accurate and timely!

Ray and his team were great. The amount of information that was given was fantastic. Pictures and all! If I ever have an issue with any of my vehicles Ill be heading back for sure:)

I went in for an oil change and free inspection. They were polite and were very thorough in their inspection. I appreciated that they provided pictures of items that needed to be repaired.

We were on vacation and the shop took care of our "weird noise". We had run over a construction cone after an 18 wheeler ran over it and ejected it right at us. Some of it was still stuck to our axel. They fixed it fast and we were on our way on thirty minutes. Thank you so much!!!
