Great service, great work. Brown's was the 3rd mechanic I took my car too and the only one with the patience and tenacity to solve the problem.

My interactions with this group have been very positive. I have found them to be extremely professional and honest. Sadly these days these qualities are hard to find with some businesses. If you ever find yourself needing auto repairs, you cannot go wrong engaging Brown’s. A point of clarification, while I have the same last name, I am not related. 😁

They are reasonably priced and do a wonderful job. I like the extra time they spend checking the entire vehicle and making sure it's running correctly. That gave me peace of mind knowing that my car is running great. I can trust them as a female and not worry about being taken advantage of!

My initial visit at the Wyoming location in mid August was great, and I was pleased with their thoroughness and the manner in which the diagnostic report is presented. At that time, my car was given a clean bill of health with no immediate concerns and two minor things to monitor. The other day I took the same car into the Alameda location to look at the brake light switch which has remained on since driving the through some muck. The report was vastly different than the one I received two months ago, with a myriad of issues that are puzzling to me and cause for question. The total of these issues was over $3k., many of which just don’t check out. The explanation I was given was that some mechanics are more thorough than others. As an aside, I wasn’t thrilled with having my belongings in the passenger seat chucked in the back with zero care or regard. Bottom line is, I won’t be back. The 4 stars is for the Wyoming location.

They did a vehicle inspection on my F-150. In and out on time, very detailed report of what was needing attention. Very pleased with the work. I’ll be back to see them.

Honestly Chris, Eddie and the rest of the crew are all good people and do good service anyway they can. They have taken good care of my car and me anytime I’ve needed it.

I've never seen a company whose service is as thorough as this one. I went in for a simple oile change and it included a "health checkup" which is a complete vehicle check complete with pictures, explanations of problems, possible future problems, recommendations etc. It really impressed me and opened my eyes about things to watch for. A kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff!! I HIGHLY recommend Brown's Automotive. Check them out!
