I really appreciate hearing a warm and friendly voice on the phone when making an appointment. Once I walked in for my appointment, I was again greeted warmly by name. I immediately felt welcomed. In regards to my car, things were explained clearly and I had an estimate ahead of time. I loved having text communication with photos regarding the progress of my vehicle. The whole process was smooth, timely and pleasant from beginning to end. Darrell was at the other end of the warm and friendly voice and is outstanding at customer service. My service was in Rio Rancho and I have already referred a friend to Brown's Automotive based on this positive experience.
