I recently (August 2023) had my car serviced at Brown's Automotive Experts. I was able to make an appointment within a day or so of calling for one. Also, my car was serviced within a few hours, after an employee provided a listing of issues/quotes to me immediately beforehand. The staff was service oriented and otherwise professional at all times during my communications with them. I highly recommend Brown's Automotive Experts!
