They were (and always are) kind and fun to interact with. I got an alignment on my car and also thought we’d have the brakes replaced. However, they told me that, if it were their car, they wouldn’t get replacements as they were still in good shape. These guys are great. Very quick, trustworthy service. I love that during the inspection they take photos of what is wrong with your vehicle so you can see for yourself and make a decision on next steps from there. They are also very accommodating to me and my work schedule regarding when I can afford to be without my vehicle for repairs to take place.

Browns worked on my car when my check engine light, brake light, abs light, and trac off lights were all on on my dash and my brakes were pulsating. They replaced my brake rotors, changed my oil (it needed it after about 2 years really badly i was almost out of oil) and fixed all the issues that were causing my dash to light up! They were very kind and professional and checked out basically everything about my car and sent me a text with all the stuff they found, and presented it online in categories such as "good" "monitor" "needs attention" and "needs immediate attention" included pictures, descriptions, and recommendatiins, so that i can know what else i may want to have wirked on my car. Browns serviced my car in 1 or 2 days (i feel it's standard to drop off and pick up later nowadays at most mechanics), it's been about a month and the car is running great! Thank you browns!
