They lost my dipstick when I brought my car in for an oil change. They never apoligized for loosing the dipstick, instead implied that it was somehow my fault. (They did apologize for problems with my ford Ranger however.) They orderd two different dipsticks that did not fit. I ultimately orderd a dipstip from Amazon.com that did fit. Changed my ratings to 3 stars because of good service before.

I am very impressed with the men I met who work at Browns Auto. They were honest , fair and very reasonable with their cost. Don Chalmers wanted twice the cost for a diagnostic on my Ford Escape. And then it was not included in my total cost for the repair. I will be using them for all my auto needs. Plus the dog was an absolute bonus for greeting. Anyone who loves dog can always get my business!

Repair took about 3 days longer than what we were quoted. Reason was due to initial diagnosis not being complete. Once repairs were made another part was found to be bad that was causing the same issue. If diagnosis would have been done in full the first time we would have been without our vehicle for about half the time than what we were. Otherwise staff was friendly and did consistently keep us updated on the status of our vehicle.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND BROWNS AUTOMOTIVE. I took my 2019 Lexus in because of a service light the Lexus dealership couldn’t figure out after oil changes tpms resets etc and a horrible alignment. After dropping my car off In the morning at brown’s automotive Jeremy was able to get an alignment, the service light fixed and found the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. They even provided pictures and explained specifications for safety (another thing the Lexus dealership completely missed) I even got my car back in the same day. Now my car has never driven better. Feels brand new. In addition they included a full health inspection for peace of mind! Thank you guys!! Jeremy is the best!
