Smooth and thorough. Actually called when the said they would

I had an intermittent starting problem with my truck. They found a couple items that could have caused the problem. They repaired those and the next day, I still had the problem. Fortunately, I was able to get it back to the shop. It did not start for them. They banged on the starter, and it did start once again. The starter itself was replaced, and the truck has been starting consistently and easily for the past 3 weeks. So far so good! (Sorry for using the word start so often in this paragraph. I hope no English teachers read this)

I needed my car diagnosed to figure and find out 2 concerning issues. Isaac was awesome in dealing with my concerns. After 2 days of having my car, I knew there was going to be a major delimma. Not the news that I wanted to hear but already had the feeling my car was done. The shop was great in accessing my concerns and needless to say I didn't want to invest that kind of expense on an almost 10yr old car. Good experience. Provided thorough inspection which after discussion yielded another service to be performed. Vehicle drove great driving home but will need more time to thoroughly assess of course.
