Wonderful experience at Brown’s Automotive Experts. They were able to get my truck in for a tune up, brakes, and a few oil leaks fixed on my schedule. When I dropped it off we went over an estimate and I felt confident to leave my vehicle. The same day I had updates with pictures of all necessary repairs and more. Over a few days they were able to get all repairs completed with excellent communication the whole time. I do plan to continue to use them and would recommend them to friends and family.

I took an old truck in for an alignment. They did a full inspection on the truck and put a bunch of time and effort into it. They weren’t able to align the truck due to a bent frame. The owner refused any payment, all staff seemed like good honest people

Brown's Automotive in Los Ranchos is an amazing auto shop! First off their inspection reports are super detailed and they also provide pictures of the entire inspection! Also the initial inspection is the cheapest price I've found in town! They email you the full report and will go over it with you in person and with a phone call! They're service is phenomenal! Also their customer service is amazing as well. Eddie is very attentive and respectful, Chris is very attentive as well, respectful, caring and helpful! I am a single mom of three so he made sure he did all that he could for me to make sure my vehicle was running the way it should and is safe for my children and I! Chris for sure is always now going to be my go-to guy! I will not take my car anywhere but to Brown's Automotive from now on! I greatly recommend Brown's Automotive in Los Ranchos to anyone needing any service done to their vehicle!
