My 2017 Ford F150 experienced a common problem with its 3.5L Ecoboost engine. The cam phasers started growling when it was started from a cold start. I had already researched the problem online and knew what to expect. Ford wasn't any help because I didn't have an extended warranty. So I took it to Brown's. I made an appointment with them to fix the problem at a time that I wouldn't need the vehicle. Even though there were some delays for certain parts, everything went well and I was able to pick the truck up with the problem resolved. I've waited two months to leave this review, because you just never know what problems you might encounter a few weeks afterwards. Well, I'm happy to say that in spite of this being a difficult disassembly and repair, as well as a costly one, I am completely satisfied. The truck runs great and the people at Brown's were straightforward and easy to work with.
