Excellent and timely service. Took my car in for a transmission flush and fill and they did a very thorough inspection including photos. The staff were very friendly and i would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The Browns team is highly professional and their customer service is off the charts. Other companies need to take a look at the Brown’s customer service model and incorporate it into theirs! I took my truck in to get a part replaced on the brake system. The newly installed part had a flaw, and without hesitation they obtained and installed another brand new part. They then preceded to fix a component that might have been damaged by the bad part, and made everything even better. Just amazing... Expectations 100% exceeded! To the Brown’s team… THANK YOU!

Fantastic service. Got my truck in same day. I appreciate all the extra effort documenting the work done and what to keep an eye on. To top it off welcoming by name when I came to pick up my truck was a nice touch. Great service again! Got my wife's SUV in for an oil change and the next day after needing an emergency tire service. I even had to have a patch done on my truck after that was all said and done.

These guys are trustworthy and professional. I appreciate the real time updates with photos on the service they're performing.
