They are honest and that is the hardest thing to find. Price is a little high but for honesty it is totally worth it. Great communication during the whole process! Loved it and will be back again with all my car needs.

I found them very friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns. They did not try to over-sell me on unnecessary parts. They were accommodating to my timeframe. They are not over-priced.

They did a full diagnostic free of charge, then sent a text with link to all the details, including photos and notes. This time, they replaced my starter and changed the brake fluid. Repairs were done promptly the next day after I dropped my car off late afternoon, after being told by several other mechanics I'd have to wait many days or even weeks to fix my car. Ed is great at explaining what needs to be done and why. Price is good. They are very trustworthy. They even offer a ride if you need it. This is the 2nd or 3rd repair I've had done with them and I've been happy every time. I highly recommend Browns!
