I have been taking my cars to Dearholt for over 10 years now. They are always polite, helpful, and honest. They inspect your car, let you know what the problem is, and what they recommend, but never pressure you to do more than you want to or need to. They are less expensive than the car dealers in town that we have gone to, and much nicer to work with. Last week I took my 2004 Toyota in for an overall inspection. They understood that it has 230,000 miles on it, and that I don't want to put a lot of money into it. They did a thorough inspection, told me their recommendations, I told them what I wanted done, and they completed it the next day. I always go to Dearholt and always recommend them to anyone needing an honest garage.

Leslie and Justin were so kind to me when AAA towed my car to them. I felt like they were fair and honest with me and didn’t went out of their way to try to get parts for my car the same day. If I ever break down in Rio Rancho again I’ll definitely go to them.

Thanks to the professionals at Brown's automotive in Los Ranchos. I have a young daughter who lives in Albuquerque going to school. my wife and I don't live there. she called home to tell us her car wouldn't start until it was boosted. Knowing I had just put a new battery in for her, I was baffled. after a quick diagnosis by the techs at auto zone (where battery was bought) they told her it was her starter. that's when we began to do a search for a good mechanic. our friends highly recommended Brown's automotive. Not knowing anything about them, we went with their recommendation. the experience we had was great as they went out of their way to see that our daughters car was repaired in a timely manner. The problem ended up being something far less expensive than a starter and also included a complete diagnostic where they then found a few other immediate attention necessities. everything was fixed and my daughter was on her way without skipping a beat. the courtesy they extended was superior and more importantly, it made mom and dad comfortable with our choice. thank you to Charles Chavez for taking care of our daughter's transportation needs during this time. I will definitely recommend Brown's Automotive to anyone in need of a general mechanic.

Excellent and timely service. Took my car in for a transmission flush and fill and they did a very thorough inspection including photos. The staff were very friendly and i would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The Browns team is highly professional and their customer service is off the charts. Other companies need to take a look at the Brown’s customer service model and incorporate it into theirs! I took my truck in to get a part replaced on the brake system. The newly installed part had a flaw, and without hesitation they obtained and installed another brand new part. They then preceded to fix a component that might have been damaged by the bad part, and made everything even better. Just amazing... Expectations 100% exceeded! To the Brown’s team… THANK YOU!
