First time using Brown’s Automotive and it was a great experience. With the lack of customer service that exists today, I was surprised yet very impressed. From my first call to schedule the appointment, to the time I drove away I truly felt that this company cared about their reputation and their customers. The staff was very personable, professional and knowledgeable—Chancho was great too! I received a follow up call a couple of days after the service to see how things went—who does that anymore? I did have some major work done and I felt confident that I was a great hands. My vehicle is happy and running great. I will definitely refer my family, and I will be back!

This review is for Brown's in Rio Rancho. Quite simply the best ... most excellent ... nonpareil. I really like folks who say what they mean, mean what they say & follow through. These folks are competent, capable, conscientious & cost effective. Henry especially is commendable beyond comprehension. I rarely dish out praise ... however, this time kiddos, commendations & gratitude are more than appropriate. They got me trip ready so this older gal will feel safer on a 1900 mile drive ... & my 20+ year old Toyota is liking it as well ... how sweet it is ... & rare.
