Wow! Amazing shop! GOOD CHOICE! Long story short... my bank wouldn't allow me to pay for repairs because of the age of my new checking account. Dumb... BUT...... When I couldn't get the shop immediately paid, the front desk guy offered (wouldn't take No as an answer) to run me home! Great communication and service on all the multiple repairs I had them take care of.

I had my brakes changed out at Browns Automotive and Ed was amazing. He was very friendly, professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I found the email inspection of my vehicle outlining work that needed to be done very helpful. I appreciated Ed calling me and going over the details of work needed before starting the job. Saved my family! Car AC broke in New Mexico on our trip from Arkansas. They fixed it in 1.5 days even when the dealer sent the wrong part. They welded the metal AC hose and now it blows COLD. Saved our butts in 100 degree NM heat!!! Los Ranchos location are KINGS in my book. 100/100. Saved us when other mechanics were booked through July!
