The diagnostics report that was emailed to me, was by far the most comprehensive and professional report I have ever received. Thanks so much to the team @ the Brown's Los Rnchos location. My wife was traveling from Prescott Valley to Albuquerque on Saturday and a noise started which got worse. She stayed over for an extra night on her way to Denver and Monday morning she went to a Subaru dealer that didn't have time for her and was fairly rude. After her rejection a woman in line gave her a card from Brown's in Los Ranchos. They took her right in, diagnosed a loose mud flap, removed it and she was on her way to Denver. What a wonderful, courteous service team. Bravo Brown's!
