Darryl helped us through the whole repair process after our car was vandalized. The insurance company (Allstate) made excuse after excuse and refused to pay the full invoice for almost TWO MONTHS. Darryl was on the phone and emailing constantly with Allstate, and also kept contant communication with us. I am certain that without his hard work we still would not have our car back. The crew at Brown's was professional, kind and very helpful. Moral of the story: go to Brown's, don't use Allstate.
