Experience was great! However, my husband received a call that car ready! When I called it wasn’t! When we got there car was already parked in the back area where cars are stored for next day pick up! I had mentioned that I would pick up car before 5pm! I arrived at 4:45-4:50pm! Not a big deal just communication between staff should be better which young lady mentioned to some of the staff I was picking it up! They obviously didn’t listen! LOL! Other than that, service was great and I been going to Browns automotive many years! My mom used to take her car there for servicing & she was always happy with service! She has passed and me & family will continue to take our vehicles there! Thanks to her we found an awesome mechanic business that does a good job with fabulous customer service! I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic only to find out they couldn't repair my vehicle because they told me they couldn't locate the part . I searched online and found browns automotive right down the street . I called them up and even though they were busy Chris made time to squeeze me in to check my car the next day. They inspected the vehicle and turns out my transmission needed to be replaced completely. I appreciated the honesty and transparency they gave with the inspection and they explained what needed to be done ro fix my car. Needless to say we decided not to repair the vehicle and just sell it. Thank you Darrel and Chris for great customer service and taking the time to help me out on such short notice. I will definitely keep Browns automotive in mind for my automotive needs in the future !!

I was having an issue with my Dodge Truck and I am soooo glad I found these folks. Cliff who runs the shop is honest, fair and simply stated, he knows what he is doing. What I liked is that he and his team looked for the simplest fix first to help try and limit the costs. Next time something brakes I will definitely go to Don's and I certainly will recommend them to family and friends.

Called at opening time with a need for urgent repair. They got me in and out the same day with a new u-joint (2011 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins). Couldn’t be happier with print high quality service. Thanks to all at Brown’s…I’ll be back!

Fantastic! I used to go to another well established repair shop because they were always straight up with me. Over the last year, that changed so I had to find a new repair shop. Brown's had outstanding reviews and was recommended several times on Facebook when I would ask friends for suggestions. They did not disappoint. I bought a used car for $1800. It basically ran decent, but the A/C was blowing hot and I could tell a few things would require service in the suspension department. The other shop said I needed an A/C compressor replaced to fix the A/C and it would be $1400+. Brown's did a thorough inspection of the entire A/C system as well as the entire car (by request). With photos included, they lined out what repairs were needed very soon and what could be done later. Oh and the A/C? Just needed a new relay, and a system drain with recharge. This was less than a third the cost of the A/C compressor replacement that the first shop said we needed. I am a believer, I will be back and I highly recommend Brown's Automotive Experts.
