Brown's Automotive is my choice for excellent care of my car. They have very knowledgeable mechanics. They are thorough and do not offer to do work that isn't needed. This is honesty at its best. The most amazing detail that brings me back is their printable review of every part they go over. It includes ratings for my tires, my brakes, my filters and belts, the engine, and all fluids, etc. They gave me a 15-page report with pictures, telling me what is acceptable for now, and what may need replacing in the future. I can keep this report in my files and refer to it anytime. The men and women at this location are friendly, helpful, and attentive while I wait in their sitting area. The manager has his little dog there, who bothers no one but is so cute. He greets me, we talk, and then he goes about his wanderings.
